You will be able to choose between the of Power Hour and The FLOW. These classes are practiced in a lightly heated room and follow a set sequence of postures. Great results are expected already from a 2- or 3-day a week practice, but we cannot urge you enough that you "dive into it" for 4-, even 5-, days a week, every week. These classes are BEGINNER FRIENDLY and are open to Students of all levels.

DAILY CLASSES:
Our Yoga room is lightly heated to allow for a deeper release and to prevent injury. The POWER HOUR is recommended for everyone, from first day beginners to advanced Students. The magic of this class is that everyone is practicing the same posture at different levels of ability, receiving the same benefits. There is an exact position for everyone at every level, which Tomasz will help you find.
The sequence of postures is based on the Barkan Method Hot Yoga style.

The FLOW class is a "vinyasa style" vigorous class, combining upper body strength, flexibility and cardio and is designed for Students of all levels (beginner friendly) seeking a challenge. The room is lightly heated to allow for a deeper release and to prevent injury. The sequence incorporates the postures from the POWER-HOUR class and is based on the Barkan Method Hot Vinyasa style.

This session is 75 minutes.
In this class, we turn the lights down, light candles and play soothing and inspiring music to our flow of Yoga postures. The SACRED MUSIC session allows Students to focus more on the emotional and spiritual aspects of the practice, while still receiving the physical benefits.
Verbal instruction is kept to the minimum, therefore we ask that you take at least
10 POWER HOUR/FLOW classes before attending the SACRED MUSIC class.
This session is 75 minutes.

This intermediate/advanced Yoga session is based on the Barkan Method Level II/III Hot Yoga sequence. The class will include a lotus-series, arm balances and inversions.
This session is 90 minutes.

Whilst there are many benefits to be gained from attending group Yoga classes, an ideal way for many people to learn Yoga and develop a personal practice for their individual needs is through private consultation and instruction.
In a Private Yoga lesson, your individual needs will be discussed and assessed. From this, an individual practice of postures and breathing will be developed and taught; one that is appropriate for your particular needs. Individual needs to be considered might include general health, specific injuries or conditions, age, strength, flexibility, and other circumstances.
