To create a space, where Students can feel safe, comfortable and inspired to explore new ways to better the body, clear the mind and empower the spirit.

We strive to creat a positive, supportive environment - you can enjoy what Yoga has to offer, and make new friends, if you like.

We inspire Hot Yoga Students to become unlimited in their practice.

We can help "traditional" Hot Yoga Teachers become creative and unlimited in their teaching.

Hot Yoga - The Effects of Practice.

Triangle, var.Physically, the yoga asanas are designed to work internally and externally. Internally: improvements to the internal organs and body systems are realized through consistent practice. An energetical balance is created. Externally: the joints, muscles, tendons, and ligaments are all made stronger. A better-looking physique, big smile and healthy "glow" are just some of the benefits here.

Mentally, as in all forms of Yoga, the mind is strengthened through the discipline and concentration, which helps to eliminate stress, depression, anxiety, and other dysfunctional mental disorders. Our Yoga helps to create a calming of the mind, quieting of the brain's chatter, and brings about a deep relaxation-response.

Spiritually, as we strengthen the body and calm the mind, we open ourselves up for a transformational experience. The intention behind our Yoga practice is to balance the body, quiet the mind, heal the heart, and nourish the soul.

How is the Hot Yoga Evolution different from Bikram Yoga or other forms of Hot Yoga?

Tuladandasana - Balancing Stick PoseHot Yoga Evolution features the Barkan Method, which is built on many of the exercises and concepts from Bikram Choudhury and Bishnu Ghosh, but integrates postures from other styles of Yoga, too. Jimmy Barkan, the founder of Barkan Method style of Hot Yoga, explains that even though consistency is important to measure results, daily variations are necessary to challenge, excite and help Students become unlimited in their practice.

Tomasz is working on developing those ideas further and calls his style the "Hot Yoga Evolution".

The Hot Yoga Evolution favors a light-hearted, beginner-friendly approach that is easily accessible to "normal people", who might be intimidated by, or unsure about doing yoga.

Advanced Students are encouraged to become unlimited in their practice.

Yoga Teacher coaching is offered to help Hot Yoga Teachers become creative and unlimited in their teaching.
