- A lightly heated, "Hot Vinyasa" class. You will be working hard - the pace is quicker than the Hot Yoga Class and there is more emphasis on building upper-body strength. A good foundation and understanding of alignment are necessary to feel successful in this class. The class follows the Barkan Method Hot Vinyasa style. Open to all levels, but Beginners might want to start with a Hot Yoga class first.
- This Yoga class will challenge your body and mind with a variation of lifts, binds, and inversions—truly taking your practice to a new level! This is the Barkan Method Hot Vinyasa / Hot Yoga Level II/III class.
New Students: Please speak with Tomasz before trying. Not for beginners.
